As the old saying goes ‘an Englishman’s home is his castle’ and this is certainly the case at Persimmon Homes South Midlands development, Malvern Vale in Leigh Sinton as the Eastnor housetype is proving to be a popular choice among local househunters. On entering the Eastnor visitors will find plenty of room to entertain family and friends as there is a spacious lounge to the front of the housetype and a separate kitchen and informal dining area at the rear of the property with French doors leading to the garden. Upstairs there are three well proportioned bedrooms, the master of which includes an en suite and with a family bathroom the Eastnor eradicates the hassles associated with waiting for the bathroom as part of the morning routine. As an added bonus, for the first four reservations in August, Persimmon will be giving away family tickets* to visit and take part a public event of their choice at the delightful Eastnor Castle, located in Ledbury. Malvern Vale is nestled into the beautiful Malvern Hills, on Leigh Sinton Road, which is a short drive from Worcester, and offers good access to the M5. read more
